Shipping & Refund Policy


📦 Order Processing & Shipping

All physical items are handmade to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing before shipping. (Longer for pre orders) 

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your item has shipped.

Once your package is handed over to the postal service (USPS or otherwise), we are no longer responsible for delays, lost, or stolen items during transit.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact your local USPS or delivery carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.

In cases of potential mail fraud or duplicate tracking numbers, please contact USPS or file a missing mail claim. You can also call your local branch for further investigation.


🧶 Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. In that case, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

We reserve the right to deny returns for issues caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.


🧾 Digital Downloads & Patterns

All digital downloads (including crochet patterns) are non-refundable once purchased.

Patterns are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or copied in any way. Commercial use requires written permission.


📧 Customer Responsibility

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of our store policies.

If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and any relevant details.
